US Microwaves supplies custom and standard microwave thin film circuits, thin film components and semiconductors for analog and digital multi chip module circuits, medical applications, commercial RF and microwave applications, fiber optic and optoelectronics applications, satellite, video and wireless communication applications. US Microwaves is a vertically integrated company that is continuously developing a broad range of technologies and in-house capabilities.
Their processes are maintained by a custom on line run traveler (run sheet) system that allows real time lot trace ability and work in progress management. Statistic process control and a Zero Defects program assure constant improvements in product quality. US Microwaves facilities are MIL-I-45208 compliant. All products are 100% inspected to exceed MIL-STD-883. Upon request, US microwaves supplies devices with passive element evaluations class H and class K per MIL PRF-38534 appendix C.
They offer a broad range of standard thin film devices and semiconductor components. For special applications, US Microwaves develops custom products that in reasonable quantities are sold for the same PRICE as similar standard products. Delivery in most cases is same as for similar standard products.
